I’m a counselor, yoga teacher, and bereavement doula with training and certification in perinatal mental health, grief, and loss.
You are the expert on your life and already have all the tools you need within. I am simply a guide to another perspective and provide a safe space for processing and holding emotions.

I understand how devastating loss can be, and know that culture often likes to hide grief. I have a warm, nonjudgmental approach to loss. Your grief matters here.

Struggling with fertility or trying to conceive can take a lot of mental energy, hope, and time. We can manage coping skills through session.
